College Station, Texas, March 10, 2009 – Mr. Gouhua Yan, the new arrived education counselor to the Consulate General of The People's Republic Of China in Houston, reaffirmed the consulate's support for the Confucius Institute. Councelor Yan wishes to build on the strong support which the CIs in the Southeren US region already recieve from his consulate.
