TAMU Student Represents Southern USA on China's Top Language Proficiency Competition

Andrew Little, senior undergraduate student from the department of  International Studies at Texas A&M University, is now representing Southern USA and speaking Chinese proficiently on national Television. 150 college students from more than 110 countries as winners of the preliminary rounds of the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Language proficiency competition in their country of origin have started a month-long competition in Changsha city. The final competitions involve Chinese speech contests and talent shows. Students in the final rounds will be awarded global and continental champions and scholarships for studying in China.
