FREE Chinese & Korean Summer Programs for Kids

Texas A&M University will be offering FREE summer programs for children to learn the Chinese & Korean cultures and languages through
●    Fun crafts!
●    Traditional performing art!
●    Hands-on science projects with state-of-the-art Lego STEM kits!
●    Innovative use of technology!
      (Each child will have an iPad to use during the summer program.)
 
Who?               Incoming 2nd and 3rd graders with no prior experience in Chinese or Korean
When?             June 1 - 24, Monday- Friday, 8 am to noon (Note that the first day of the program is a Wednesday.)
Where?            Spring Creek Elementary School  (There will be no transportation.)
Cost?               FREE!  This program is funded by a federal grant (STARTALK) awarded to Texas A&M University.
Application     Please complete the online application form before 3/27 (Sun.).
Admission will be done through a random selection and you will receive notification of the outcome of your application by 3/31 (Thurs.).
