FREE Summer Programs for Children to Learn Chinese & Korean

In collaboration with CSISD, Texas A&M University will be offering FREE summer programs for children to learn the Chinese & Korean cultures and languages through:

  • Fun crafts!
  • Hands-on science projects!
  • Amazing performing arts!
  • Innovative use of technology!
  • (Each child will have an iPad to use during the summer program and can check out the iPad if they would like to continue on the on-line program after the face-to-face program in June.)
Who?
  • Incoming 3rd and 4th graders with no prior experience in Chinese or Korean

When?
  • June 2-26, Monday- Friday, 8 am to noon

Where?
  • Pebble Creek Elementary School
    (There will be no transportation.)

Cost?
  • FREE!
    This program is funded by a federal grant (STARTALK) awarded to Texas A&M University

Registration?
  • To sign up for the program, please complete this on-line registration form soon and no later than April 1st. You will be notified of the outcome of your registration over email by April 10th.
